Thanksgiving is the day that Americans take time to thank God for our families, our country, and the privilege of worshiping freely. In 1647, Thomas Ken wrote the words that we now refer to as the Doxology. Let us join with joyful hearts in praising God through these beloved words:

                       Praise God, from whom all blessings flow;
                       Praise Him, all creatures here below;
                       Praise Him above, ye heavenly host;
                       Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Amen
