CONCLAVE’s goal is to provide encouragement, worship experiences, networking, training, and resources for youth ministers as well as those who oversee the family or NextGen areas in the local church. In past years, this youth leadership event primarily focused on youth ministry.  However, this year they are adding Family and NextGen ministries to the conference. Pray for those who are developing the Youth + Family + NextGen Ministry Conclave which takes place October 15-17 in Arlington.
