Pray for the Lubbock Baptist Association as they train leaders to lead.  One great area of need across the state is pastoral training.  LBA is providing professional leadership training for pastors.

The goal is to train pastors to lead a church with vision to a new day with new opportunities to impact God’s Kingdom on earth.
