“In the great state of Texas there are still many places where the gospel has not arrived; there are many places where there is no church. On the other hand, many churches have not fully reached the growing population of people who do not know Christ. We can start simple churches in homes, workplaces, or wherever necessary to help fulfill the Great Commission.”

These words express the heartbeat of the Texas Baptist Mission Team leadership who work with house congregations and multihousing churches. 

Pray today for obedience for those chosen to begin a multihousing church. Those who are called to this ministry have a heart for unchurched people living in multihousing communities, are dependent on God for resources, guidance, overcoming barriers, and look to see changed lives through the power of Jesus Christ.
