Texas Baptists Missions Team

MISSIONS:

Pray for Josue Valerio, Director of Missions Team

Pray for Ministry Assistants Stacey and Gloria as they serve the team.

Pray for the new part-time Ministry Assistant we will soon be hiring...we might not know who she is yet, but God does.

RIVER MINISTRY:

Pray for Daniel Rangel, Director of River Ministry / Mexico Missions

Thank the Lord for the 7 churches and 2 BSM/BSU groups that served over Spring Break with River Ministry. Praise him for 81 professions of faith that came during Spring Break as a result of God working through these churches and students. Thank God for the 2122 people that were served during Spring Break whose lives were touched by the gospel.

Pray for all the River Ministry Missionaries as they follow up with Spring Break missions and prepare for

Summer Missions.

Pray for more churches and groups to be called to serve along the border and in Mexico.

BOUNCE:

Pray for David Scott, Director of Disaster Recovery and BOUNCE.

Praise the Lord for two new believers from BOUNCE Spring Break Missions. Pray for the start of their journey with the Lord that they would start with good spiritual disciplines.

Thank God for the Collegiate Staff we have on board for the Summer and pray for them as they prepare their hearts for the summer ahead and learn all the tasks and processes it will take.

URBAN MISSIONS:

Pray for Ryan Jespersen, Director of Urban Missions

Thank the Lord for churches who now have a plan to reach their neighborhood for Christ

Pray for 7 upcoming church workshop/training events and the churches that will be attending

MULTI-HOUSING & HOUSE CONGREGATIONS:

Pray for Mario Alberto Gonzalez, Director of Multi-Housing & House Congregations

Thank the Lord for 3 new Catalysts we have hired this month. Continue to pray for others we need to hire. Pray for our Catalysts as they are serving in communities all around Texas, that they would be fed by the

Lord and have strength and wisdom in Him against all challenges.

MISSIONARY ADOPTION PROGRAM:

Pray for Jair Campos, Director of MAP

Thank the Lord for opening a new area for MAP in Mexico and pray as it begins to spread to other coun- tries as well.

Pray for wisdom as Jair Campos continues to speak to pastors and church leaders about MAP Pray for the missionaries with whom Texas Baptists (BGCT) partners
