Pray for a renewed emphasis by Texas Baptists on evangelism and discipleship. A proposal will be presented to the Texas Baptist Executive Board in February regarding a somewhat significant shift in the annual gatherings. This shift would allow the renewed focus to really accelerate. Pray for Texas Baptists as we seek to begin a statewide focus on meeting the needs of the "next Generation” (particularly Generation Z, those born after 9-11). Pray for wisdom in making the right decisions.
