On April 24-27, the Chaplaincy Calling and Endorsement Office of Texas Baptists will partner with the Baptist General Association of Virginia to host a Pastoral Care Training Event in Williamsburg, Virginia. The event will offer courses to supply pastors and chaplains with pastoral care skillsets. The courses include Baptist distinctives, leadership, suicide intervention, disaster spiritual care, and coaching. Pray for those who will be teaching at the training and for those attending that they will receive the knowledge they need to help others during times of need.
